about

An experiment in postmodern absurdity. Masking under Guns N'Roses-like mix of blues-metal and punk attitude, this song has absolutely no meaning to offer as its lyrical content was created by a computer program that generates random phrases. For short attention spans, this is the only song on the album that unfolds several distinct parts within just about two minutes of its running time. This is what happens when The Dirty Blue take apart and reassemble an idea based on a simple Hungarian gypsy tune.

lyrics

found a machine gun
of the clerk,
sarcastic redheads
went to work,
forgot their
skanky tweezers in
an anesthetized
munchkin skin

I’ll give them to read
my farewell theory
tyrannical seeds
will not set me free

bob dylan’s crayon
greased popcorn,
the sound barrier
of porn,
you melt razor-sharp
charming of
my lucky wreck-style
pint-sized love

I’ll give you to read
my farewell theory
tyrannical seeds
will not set me free

flat-chested bicycles can wait
my fluffer’s roommate’s always late

I’ll give them to read
my farewell theory
tyrannical seeds
will not set me free

she’s not ugly
some may say she looks like a guy
tell me why she
is collecting jars full of flies

The name of some seedy downtown strip joint? A nod to Lake Michigan? After all, these guys do hail from the windy city... Read more here: photos.thedirtyblue.com/about ... less
